Community Development facilitators design and facilitate customized services to strengthen and build capacity in organizations and groups on topics including but not limited to:

  • Team enhancement and development;
  • Building leadership capabilities throughout your organization;
  • Creating plans for fund development, marketing, etc.;
  • Identifying, developing and enhancing partnerships and collaborative relationships;
  • Identifying, developing and enhancing assets within your organization and community; and
  • Consultations with public and stakeholders

Organization & Board Development: It's natural for all groups and teams to change as they better understand their purpose and clients and as they evolve to meet the changing needs of their community. Facilitation Services: Sometimes an outside facilitator can help increase participation, build consensus, handle difficult situations, get concrete results and build commitment to action Planning: Whether planning for the long term growth of the organization, implementation of a new project, a one-time event or anything else, big or small, it is important to take the time to plan well.
Facilitation Training: When learning the art of facilitation, interactive instruction, including discussion, small group work and practice, is the best way to learn. Building Community Capacity: The goal of capacity building is to create safe, vibrant communities where people can work, live, play and develop their potential. Collaboration & Partnerships: Working effectively with other individuals, organizations and groups is a key factor in achieving success.
Leadership Development: Building the capacity of a diverse and inclusive leadership base is a key ingredient to success.
